Michael Meisel

Mike Meisel owns and manages commercial and industrial properties in the Baltimore Metropolitan area, Washington, D.C. and Florida. He is also involved in construction management and value-added commercial developments throughout the city and suburbs. In addition to his commercial real estate management experience, Mr. Meisel has an impressive background in the Maryland banking industry as a founding member of Maryland Financial Bank and Capital Bank N.A. and was a majority shareholder for Maryland Permanent Bank, where he served as Chairman & CEO. Michael Meisel is also a Principal of Meisel Capital Partners and the Chair of the Board of Trustees of Jemicy School.

William Berman

Billy Berman, a licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and a partner in various real estate ventures, specializes in construction management, overseeing job/construction costs, the permit and zoning process, and project value engineering. He has managed more than 2,000,000 square feet of retail shopping centers, office buildings and flex/warehouse space in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. He has served on the ICSC (International Conference of Shopping Centers) Finance Committee and was recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal as a “Heavy Hitter” in the commercial real estate brokerage industry. In addition to commercial real estate, Mr. Berman also has an extensive background that encompasses all facets of residential investments, including single and multi-family housing. Billy Berman is also the Building and Grounds Chair of the Board of Trustees of Jemicy School.
